Refund Policy

We have a 30-day policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items — meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a resolution.

Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: For approved defective/damaged claims, no return shipping is required. We do not provide prepaid labels because items are not returned.

Eligibility

To be eligible, your item must be:
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival
- Reported within 30 days of delivery with photo evidence

To start a claim, contact us at hello@wwysfp.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Because our products are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items ordered incorrectly or that are no longer wanted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to issue a reprint or refund — no need to ship anything back.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom printed to order, we cannot accept returns for:
- Buyer's remorse
- Wrong size ordered
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us and we'll resolve it with a reprint or refund.

Wrong Size Ordered

We cannot offer a refund for wrong sizes. However, email us at hello@wwysfp.com and we'll help you reorder the correct size at our base print cost only — no markup, no profit to us.

Print Placement Tolerance

For direct-to-garment printed products, a tolerance of 0.5 inch for print placement is standard and is not considered a defect.

Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of approval.
